    How do I purchase pictures from a recent game/event?

    Photos from a game/action event can be purchased from our Photo Store. Click on the FIND YOUR PHOTOS link at the top of the page.

    How long are the pictures online?

    Typically the photos are available for 3-4 weeks, then they go into "Archive" mode. After the images are archived, we charge a $5 fee to access the images. This fee covers the cost of reactivating the online galleries and the e-commerce transaction fees.

    Why didn't you get pictures of my child?

    We try our best to photograph as many athletes as possible and we don't ignore any athlete. At most events you have the option of signing up before your game/event. This allows us to "Spotlight" your athlete, shooting more pictures of him/her and almost guarantees that we'll get pictures of your athlete. In the rare case that we don't capture images of your athlete based on playing time, location, demand, etc. your deposit will be refunded.

    IMPORTANT: If you know that you're interested in photos, simply Sign-Up at our tent/table prior to the game.

    Did you get the picture of my kid scoring the game winning touchdown/run/basket/etc?

    Maybe. But seriously, we're not actually covering how the game plays out. We're covering specific athletes. If we covered youth games the same way we cover NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB we wouldn't get pictures of many of the kids that aren't considered the "stars" of the team (QB/RB/Point Guard). We cover all positions, but that means that we're not actually following the game action.

    Are you coming to the game next week?

    We try to cover as many DIFFERENT teams as possible. This means that we try not to photograph the same teams/organizations from week to week. This would result in duplicate coverage which is counter productive to shooting dozens of teams throughout our target areas.

    Still, you can request our services by calling 888-726-3336, Ext 5. Please give us as much notice as possible.

    When will the photos from my event be posted?

    Typically it takes us 24-72 hours to get the images downloaded, edited, sorted, and uploaded to the Contrast Photography Photo Store. Our office is "officially" closed on Monday but we're still working to catch up from the weekend. It's impossible for us to give you an exact time, but trust us, we're working as fast as we can to make them available to view and purchase.

    How long before my pictures are delivered?

    STANDARD shipping is via USPS First Class (14-21 day delivery)
    PRIORITY shipping is via USPS Priority (5-7 day delivery)
    Digital files are typically sent within 24-72 hours (but NOT immediately).

    Can I make copies of the 5x7/8x10/etc photos that I bought from you?

    Legally you can not make copies of our products. We own the copyright and this is how we make our living. It's not fair to us for you to go to Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. and make copies of our art.

    I have a child that plays another sport for another school/organization, can you come out and shoot pictures of them?

    Of course we can!!! Give us a call at 888-726-3336, Ext 5 and we'll make the necessary arrangements. We need a minimum of 5 people to Sign-Up for our "Gift Card" program and we'll work with you to get a future game on our schedule.
