• Did you PREPAY on the Day of the Shoot?

The vast majority of our shoots are PREPAID or Pay On Day of Shoot (PODS), so if you’re just looking to preview or “proof” your pictures we do not currently offer this service.

• Did you Purchase an “E-Certificate”?

We do offer a Photo Day/Team & Individual Photo program that is an “Online Purchase Program” (OPP).

If your organization used our OPP program you should would provided us with your email address at the time of your E-Certificate purchase and should have received an email containing the link to your photo gallery.

If you did not receive your code yet, there was probably a error in reading your email address or a delivery error with the email that we sent. Please call our office at 888-726-3336, Ext 5 and we’ll be glad to assist you in locating your code so that you can place your order.
